Lebanon : Lebanese communist party frown threats of the sectarian campaign on civil marriage and calls to fight for civil personal status in order to preserve the nation

No sooner the theme of civil marriage , based on resolution 60 t , which carries the name " religious system " , poses in Lebanon until the world was turned upside down by some stakeholders and beneficiaries of the non - application of this right . But what is interesting in the hostile campaign, this time, is the aggressive threats launched by responsible auditor , religious and civil , against tempted person my work under the said resolution , cannot be considered only as a clear invitations to incite shed the blood of anyone who thinks move to approve civil marriage in Lebanon .

We consider that the movement to establish a civil marriage law, is Legitimate and even a duty, but this move is minus. What the country needs from us is a bold position aimed at ending the ongoing tragedies experienced by his sons as a result of the sectarian system that raise , since 152 years ,the slogan of Sustainable civil war that burned Lebanon and killed and displaced his sons , and paralyzes today its institutions and even threaten its existence and permanence.

Yes, what our country needs today is :

First, a civil law of personal status, that will transform the Lebanese citizen from citizen leaded by sectarian leaders and they benefit from them for their own benefit to citizens with full responsibility and rights.
Second, a non-sectarian election law, unite the country through a single constituency and corrects the imbalance in the representation of groups in the Community on the basis of proportionality and a largest contribution by women and youth in decision - making positions

Third, a new social contract, based on justice and equality, and a new economic system, develop the productive sectors to help Lebanon to face the repercussions of the crisis of capitalism and provide for Lebanese their right to work and Permanence.

The Lebanese Communist Party calls on the working class and all the poor classes with women, youth and intellectuals to move quickly , and before it is too late , in order to protect the country from collapse , raising the slogan the separation between sectarians and the state and the building of democratic civil state.

  الحزب الشيوعي يستهجن التهديد المرافق للحملة الطائفية على الزواج المدني
ويدعو الشعب اللبناني الى التحرك من أجل قانون مدني للأحوال الشخصية حفاظا على الوطن

 

لم يكد موضوع حق الزواج المدني، بالاستناد الى القرار 60 ل ر الذي يحمل اسم "نظام الطوائف الدينية"، يطرح في لبنان حتى قامت الدنيا ولم تقعد من قبل بعض أصحاب الشأن والمستفيدين من عدم تطبيق هذا الحق. الا أن الملفت في الحملة المعادية، هذه المرة، هو شراسة التهديدات التي أطلقت من قبل مراجع مسؤولة، دينية ومدنية، ضد كل من تسوّل له نفسه العمل بموجب القرار المذكور، والتي لا يمكن اعتبارها سوى دعوات تحرّض على استباحة دم كل من يفكّر بالتحرك لاقرار الزواج المدني في لبنان.
اننا نعتبر أن التحرك من أجل اقرار الزواج المدني تحرك مشروع بل وواجب، الا أنه تحرك ناقص. فما يحتاجه الوطن منا هو موقف جريء يهدف الى انهاء المآسي الممستمرة التي يعيشها أبناؤه نتيجة النظام الطائفي الذي رفع، منذ 152 عاما، شعار الحرب الأهلية المستدامة التي أحرقت لبنان وقتلت وشرّدت أباءه، والتي تشل اليوم مؤسساته بل وتهدد وجوده وديمومته.
نعم، ان ما يحتاجه وطننا اليوم هو، أولا، قانون مدني للأحوال الشحصية، يحوّل اللبنانيين من رعايا يجرهم زعماء الطوائف وأمراؤها حسب أهوائهم ومصالحهم الى مواطنين كاملي المسؤولية وكاملي الحقوق. وهو، ثانيا، قانون انتخاب لا طائفي يوحّد البلاد عبر الدائرة الانتخابية الواحدة ويصحح الاختلال في تمثيل الفئات الحيّة في المجتمع بالاستناد الى النسبية والى اسهام أكبر من قبل النساء والشباب في مواقع صنع القرار. وهو، ثالثا، عقد اجتماعي جديد، يستند الى العدالة والمساواة، ونظام اقتصادي جديد، يطوّر القطاعات المنتجة فيساعد لبنان على مواجهة تداعيات الأزمة الرأسمالية ويؤمّن للبنانيين حق العمل وديمومته.
ان الحزب الشيوعي اللبناني يدعو الطبقة العاملة وكل الكادحين ومعهم النساء والشباب والمثقفين الى التحرك سريعا، وقبل فوات الأوان، من أجل حماية الوطن من الانهيار، رافعين شعار فصل الطائفية عن الدولة وبناء الدولة المدنية الديمقراطية.
