Middle East : Statement about Gaza, Lebanon and Iraq

At the invitation of the “Lebanese League for Women rights” and the association "Equality – Wardah Boutros for Women’s rights", a second meeting of solidarity was held with the people of Palestine in Gaza, as well as with the people of Lebanon and Iraq in the confrontation, which fought against the Israeli aggression, on the one hand, and ancillary terrorist, on the other hand.
The representatives of Lebanese and Palestinian mass organizations were participated in the meeting, They Condemned the terrorist attack on the Lebanese army in the barrens and the town of Arsal and stressed that such a crime carried out by "Daash" (ISIS) and its allies is a terrorist crime against the Lebanese and Palestinian peoples, and declared their full support for the Lebanese army in the face of terrorist forces.
They also greeted the assembled unit of the Palestinian people and its heroic national resistance, which was able to deter the barbaric Israeli aggression and it has achieved a victory, despite the killings and destruction committed by the Zionist enemy. The participants condemned the silence of international and Arab officials, as well as the position of the United Nations towards this criminal Israeli aggression.
Finally, the participants condemned the planned terrorist forces of obscurantism (Daash) in Mosul, and warned of the consequences of this policy and the risks to the whole region.
The meeting came out with recommendations for the support of the Lebanese army and the Lebanese people in the northern Bekaa. They also emphasized the continued solidarity to Palestinian people, and agreed to organize a campaign to support the children of Gaza.
The conferees also agreed to visit the center of the General Union of Palestinian Women, and organize effective solidarity with the Palestinian people They decided to organize a sit-in in front of the headquarters of the Arab League in Beirut, with the aim of supporting the Palestinian negotiators to install the victory of the Palestinian national resistance in Gaza.

بيان صادر عن اللقاء التضامني 
 المنعقد بتاريخ 6 آب 2014
بدعوة من جمعية "مساواة - وردة بطرس للعمل النسائي" ولجنة حقوق المرأة اللبنانية ولجنة المتابعة، عقد لقاء تضامني في مركز لجنة حقوق المرأة اللبنانية، يوم الاربعاء الواقع فيه 6 آب 2014.
شارك في هذا الاجتماع ممثلات وممثلون عن هيئات وجمعيات نسائية وإعلامية وثقافية وشبابية وإعلامية، لبنانية وفلسطينية.
أدان المجتمعون الاعتداء الارهابي على الجيش اللبناني في جرود وبلدة عرسال، الذي ذهب ضحيته شهداء وجرحى من الجيش، واكدوا ان هذه الجريمة التي تقوم بها "داعش" وحلفاؤها هي جريمة ارهابية ضد الوطن برمتّه، وأعلنوا دعمهم الكامل للجيش اللبناني في مواجهة القوى الارهابية.
حيّا المجتمعون وحدة الشعب الفلسطيني حول مقاومته الوطنية الباسلة، التي استطاعت ردع العدوان الاسرائيلي الهمجي وحققت انتصاراً عليه، بالرغم من جرائم القتل والتدمير التي ارتكبها العدو الصهيوني. وأدان المجتمعون الصمت الدولي والعربي الرسميين، وكذلك موقف الأمم المتحدة تجاه هذا العدوان الاسرائيلي الاجرامي.
أدان المجتمعون المخطط الارهابي للقوى الظلامية (داعش) في الموصل، وحذّروا من تداعيات هذه السياسة ومخاطرها على المنطقة بكاملها.
وخرج الاجتماع بالتوصيات التالية :
اولاً : دعم الجيش اللبناني بمختلف الأشكال :
. الدعم السياسي والمعنوي.
. القيام بزيارة إلى قائد الجيش للتعبير عن التضامن الكامل.
. زيارة تضامنية مع أهالي البقاع الشمالي، لدعم وحدة المواطنين في هذه المنطقة التي تجلت بمواجهة هذا العدوان ومخاطره.
. القيام بحملة تبرّع بالدم، بعد الاتصال بقيادة الجيش اللبناني.
ثانياً : تاكيد التضامن والموقف الداعم للمقاومة الوطنية الفلسطينية وللشعب الفلسطيني.
وفي هذا الاطار، تقرّر :
. تنظيم حملة تبرع رمزية لأطفال فلسطين.
. زيارة مركز الاتحاد العام للمرأة الفلسطينية، وتنظيم فعالية تضامنية مع الشعب الفلسطيني.
. تنظيم اعتصام أمام مقر جامعة الدول العربية في بيروت، بهدف دعم المفاوضين الفلسطينيين لتثبيت الانتصار الذي حققته المقاومة الوطنية الفلسطينية في غزة.
. دعوة القوى الفلسطينية لتحصين الانتصار بمشروع وطني ديمقراطي مقاوم يضمّ مختلف الفصائل والقوى.
ثالثاً : دعم الشعب العراقي بمواجهته للقوى الظلامية والجرائم التي ترتكبها في الموصل.
رابعاً : متابعة الاتصال بالمؤسسات والمنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية، لاتخاذ موقف يدين هذه السياسة الارهابية ويدعم النضال بمواجهتها.
خامساً : مطالبة هيئة الامم المتحدة ومجلس الامن الدولي والمجتمع الدولي بـ :
. اتخاذ الموقف المطلوب لإدانة العدوان الاسرائيلي والعمل من اجل الالتزام بتطبيق قرارات مجلس الامن واحترام المواثيق الدولية.
. إدانة الارهاب بمختلف اشكاله.
